By using our exchange portal or initiating a product purchase through our platform, you confirm your acceptance of the terms outlined in this policy. RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS

Eligibility for Return/Exchange
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date. Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email, and your product will be picked up by our logistics partner within 24-48 hours.

Pick-Up Attempts
The courier will attempt to collect the return item twice. If unsuccessful, you will be required to send the item back to the warehouse address. Reverse pick-up services depend on availability in your postal code area.

Quality Check
Upon receiving the return item at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check. Once approved, your exchange or return request will be processed.

Delivery Time for Exchange
All exchange requests are typically processed within 7-10 working days.

Out-of-Stock Exchanges
If the desired size or product is unavailable for exchange, we will offer you an alternative product or issue a gift card for future use on our online store.

Refunds
For returned items, refunds will be issued in the form of a credit note after passing quality inspection. This credit note will be sent to your registered email.

Condition of Returned Products
Please ensure that returned items are in the same condition as they were received. If items are worn or damaged, the return request will not be processed.

Order Cancellations
Cancellation is only allowed for COD orders, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. For prepaid orders, cancellations or refunds are not accepted.

Prepaid Orders
Prepaid orders are final, and no cancellations or refunds are permitted. However, any refunds will be issued as gift cards equivalent to the purchase price (including MRP), which must be used within 6 months. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
RETURN/EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY
You may request an exchange or return for the following reasons:
- Size Issues
- Damaged Product
- Defective Product
- Missing Parts or Accessories
For a successful return/exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The product has not been worn, washed, or altered by you.
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact and unaltered.
- The product must be returned in the same condition as it was shipped, with no stains, odours, or visible damage.
- Products sold as sets should be returned in their entirety.
- The return must match the order details in our system.
Returns will be processed through our reverse logistics partner. Once the return request is acknowledged, our logistics team will contact you for collection.
REJECTION OF RETURN/EXCHANGE
We reserve the right to deny return or exchange requests if the product does not meet the specified conditions.
