Order Processing Procedures
An order processing period of up to 24 hours is required, contingent upon product availability and payment verification. Once an order is placed, it cannot be altered or cancelled. Customers should verify the accuracy of all order details prior to completing the checkout process. Gangs and Gods does not provide shipping services on weekends or major holidays. All orders ship from Mumbai, India.
Upon placing an order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. If you do not see this confirmation within a short time frame, please check your spam or junk email folder.
Due to high product demand, items may occasionally become unavailable after an order has been placed. In such cases, a refund will be issued either to the original payment method or by check mailed to the address on the order, for the full amount initially paid. Please allow 5-10 business days for any refunds made to the original payment method to appear on your bank statement.
All orders are reviewed by our security team, and Gangs and Gods reserves the right to cancel any order at their discretion. Once your order has been processed by our fulfillment team, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the associated tracking information. Customers may experience shipping delays during periods of high demand, such as special product releases, major holidays, and markdown events.
PRE-ORDER PROVISIONS

SHIPPING MODALITIES
Gangs and Gods provides complimentary standard shipping with a delivery time frame of 3 to 5 days for orders placed within India.

LOST PACKAGES
Once a delivery is confirmed by a tracking number, Gangs and Gods is not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen items. The courier assumes all risks associated with the shipment.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
During sales or promotions, all transactions are non-returnable or exchangeable. The brand reserves the unilateral authority to prolong, alter, or terminate discounts at any point without prior notice. Customers will not be eligible for refunds or price adjustments if the brand reduces the price of an item after the purchase has been made.
